Hazardous chemical mixtures
The REACH and CLP Regulations, expand the number of products that must be notified to the National Institute of Toxicology and Forensic Sciences (INTCF) and establishes the obligation to notify all chemical mixtures, which are classified as dangerous under the Regulation (CE) number 1272/2008, of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December of 2008 (CLP Regulation).
Marketing companies (responsible for placing on the market) have the obligation to notify the Toxicological Information Service (SIT), as a Spanish antitoxic center, before the product begins to be marketed in the Spanish State.
