- Review of the study of safety and health: According to the terms established in the Royal Decree 1627/97 on minimum conditions of safety in construction and facilities.
- Approval of the safety and Health Plan: submitted by the contractor that performs the work.
- Security Coordinator: The coordinator appointed by Burotec will get the book of incidences of your college professional, will provide the act of designation to the developer for signature as well as the approval of the safety plan drawn up by the contractor.
- Visit to work with project management to lead the coordination of safety and compliance with legal regulations.
- It will also perform the tasks laid down in the Royal Decree 1627/1 997.
