According to the toRTicle 6 of the DR 39/97 developed by the LPRL, employer may use it to complete the analysis of those aspects of which requires an external assessment of "protocols of entities of recognized prestige":
BUROTEC is an ENAC-accredited OCA for action in the regulatory field of machine safety and authorised for such action throughout the national territory, and is also ON based on the 98/37/EC Risk Machine Construction Directive; understanding, therefore, that BUROTEC is externally a leading entity by characteristics and accreditations for this intervention.
- It's a mandatory review for the operator of the installation in accordance with Article 4 of the DR 1215/97 in the development of compliance with the Occupational Risk Prevention Act.
- Article 4 requires that such revisions be kept for the entire life of the equipment so that it can be submitted to the body of the competent administration if required by the competent authority.
- This action is part of an action to improve the safety conditions of workers and by extension of the machines
