Burotec offers services of inspection of refineries and petrochemical through their resources of inspection qualified.
Them trials of materials is used for applications of test and improvement of materials, detection and evaluation of defects in the metal industry, analysis of faults and for basic research of the resistance of materials.
Service of inspection
Visual inspection; dimensional inspection, inspection by trials not destructive (END) as x-ray, Ultrasound, liquids penetrating, particle magnetic, induced currents, leakage of flow magnetic; inspection of test of pressure hydrostatic, test equipment operation. Review and verification of the results of tests of material (chemical composition, mechanical properties, Metallography among others to verify compliance with technical specifications according to codes, standards and national and international standards.
Testing and analysis service
Non-destructive testing: x-ray, Ultrasound, liquids penetrating, particle magnetic, induced currents, leakage of flow magnetic.
Material in laboratory testing:
- Mechanical properties; resistance to the traction, compression, Flex, hardness (Rockwell C, Brinell, Vickers and/or).
- Chemical composition: Optical emission spectrometry, X-ray fluorescence (XRF), Carbon sulfur Analyzer, oxygen and nitrogen Analyzer.
- Metallography: macro/microstructure inspection, grain size and thickness of coatings.
- Corrosion proof: Engraving with acid-proof, oxalic to the 10% for to the steel stainless, measurement of rate of flow, heat of neutrons, sulfate-sulfuric acid test, ferric for stainless steel, spray of salt, spray of aversion acetic, oxidante-acido salt-proof.
