Responsible statement for cosmetics

To be able to carry out both the manufacture and import of cosmetic products, it will be necessary for companies to carry out the Responsible Declaration of Activity before the Spanish Medicines Agency.

The presentation of the Responsible Statement will allow the start of activities, after subsequent verification by the AEMPS, through verification document and, in your case, inspection, of elements and circumstances revealed by the person concerned responsible statement.
